State Conference Information

When is the conference?

The State Conference is Friday, May 10 2019, at the Pacific NW Truck Museum. Registration begins at 8:30; program starts at 9:00 am

What is the conference schedule?

One day session scheduled for Friday with a total of 4 CE hours.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION?

Morning coffee, program, 4 continuing education credit hours, box lunch, optional museum tour.

What are the fees to attend the conference?

Registration:

Non-Member Price: $99

April 22 - May 9, 2019

Member Price: $119
Non-Member Price: $129

Can I receive Continuing Education Hours (CE) by attending the conference?

Yes, please check the schedule for total number of hours available. 4 credits (one is law)

I don’t want to pay by credit card Online, what are my options?

When you register online you have the option to mail-in a check, or pay by check via Invoice or provide a credit card over the phone.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa

Can I register at the door?

Yes, but you will experience a longer wait time and a higher registration fee at the door.

What is the most secure way to register for the conference?

Online is the most secure way to register for the conference.

If I cannot attend, can someone attend in my place?

Yes, please contact the office to get the records transferred.

Can I bring A guest?

Yes. Guest fee is $50 to cover lunch, speakers without CE. Check out this list of things to do in the area. Individual meals for guests can be purchased during registration.

Hotel/Parking Information

Where can I make my hotel reservations?

NAIFA Oregon has not booked a room block this year. Instead, attendees can make their own accommodation decisions. Nearby hotels include the Holiday Inn and The Grand.

Where can I park at the conference?

The Pacific NW Truck Museum has a spacious parking area that will more than accommodate all of our event's parking needs.
