SB 95: Elder abuse reporting- State Farm is in opposition to the bill.

SB 2163: Employers will be able to make deductions from employee checks for retirement contributions.

SB 332: Rebates- moved to the Business and Labor Committee. 

Labor bills: Anyone who hires employees should be aware of some bills:

SB 301: Prevents disciplinary action for testing positive for marijuana

HB 2167: Making employers liable for a hostile work environment

HB 2180: Unpaid wages

HB 2181: Employee rights

HB 2118: DCBS can determine what carriers can charge based on inflation
